Hitchcock the MOVIE.

How terribly stressful might it be to be a cinema director, they are the ones that needle all the pieces together in order to create a masterpiece to entertain a big mass of spectators. All of us spectant and terribly critical, when we ourselves have no idea of all the work that lies behind a movie.
Great bunch of actors Anthony Hopkins( Alfred Hitchcock) , Helen Mirren ( as Alma the wife), Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel.

  Movie sums up the life of a cinema prodigy, the coming of age, a forever glory who begins to experience his life as "an empty cup of water".
The Hollywoods metamorphosis, too much marketing,too much budget for movie productions, too much changes in the cinema industry.
Hitchcok'`s missing the time when he and his wife edited all their unique movies, with very little budget  in their posession to keep up with the societies expectations.

A Man, obsessed with a stereotype of  blond women, a Hitchcock girl, one to train and make her the most remarkable actress. Wondering and wondering in circles he comes across a book called....."PSICOSIS".A story so rare and twisted for cinema that he feels in the need to make it his new project.

His LAST movie, to remind him he's still young, active and that he can still surprise his fans.

Alma his Wife, has to live with a weird but at the same time incredibly genious husband.
Thirty years of admiration and dedication towards a man who doesn't seem to realize that without her he's only got  a vague projection of a successfull movie. A dead movie, rich in script , but short in emotion!

The wives of these acclaimed directors should always be mentioned, because they were the ones that pulled their celebrity husbands together. Like Hitchcock, with so much pressure inside him and the  need to contempt everybody, bound to get lost in his own psicosis.

So Alfred bumps into a movie which is not like his other ones, weird and perturbated even scary for peoples taste. Without any support from the studios he decides to put  HIMSELF the budget for the movie, putting his patrimony at risk.
Paramount Studios only covers the distribution ,but being it such a weird movie, they only let him screen it in  two cinema without any press.

The day of the Premier Hitchcock can't contain his emotions, doubts and insecurity, all sorrounded by everything he has invested on.

 Exiting the red carpet , head upfront with his wonderful wife Alma and thousand of camaras awaiting an INMENSE SUCCESS. Because HE,himself ,is a MAN OF SUCCESS and will forever be remembered in the cinema industry.
